How To Write SEO-friendly Blog

How to write SEO-friendly content for your blog website ?

In this guide, I hope to provide you with all the information you need to write content that is engaging, SEO-friendly, and SEO-friendly for your website or blog.

I’ve tried to cover topics, keywords, trends, how to optimize your content using various tools, and grammar and plagiarism checks.

How to search for trending topics?

The first step in content writing is determining what topics you’d like to write about. You’ll want to make sure your content is relevant, interesting, useful, and relevant to your audience and your niche.

Seo Friendly Content

Always get a good grasp of the brand you’re writing about. Ask questions to your brand representative until you get a good understanding of what the brand stands for and what it’s purpose is. Once you have a good grasp of what the brand is, start brainstorming a few topics that resonate with it.

Examine the websites or blogs belonging to the competitors' brands to determine the type of material they produce. This is to gain a concept of how things operate in the sector and what are the key themes to cover—not to replicate their exact titles, blog posts, or social media posts. Among the items you ought to search for are:

  • Their writing style and tone
  • Their keywords and intended audience
  • Their duration and content format
  • Their advantages and disadvantages

Make use of AI tools:

Additionally, you can use Chat GPT and Bard AI, two artificial intelligence (AI) applications, to generate subject suggestions based on your specialty or keywords. These tools can produce attention-grabbing headlines, summaries, or titles for your content.

For example, if you enter “content writing” as your keyword, Chat GPT might suggest something like “How to Write Content that Converts: 7 Tips from a Professional Content Writer”.

Use Google Trends:

Google Trends is a tool that shows you what is currently trending in specific countries or worldwide.

You can also check industry-wise or topic-wise by typing in the search box. Or you can also use it to compare the trend growth between two different topics.

For example, if you enter “content writing” and “copywriting” in the search box, you can see how their popularity changes over time and in different regions. Using Google Trends can help you find out what is currently popular or relevant in your niche or industry. This can help you create timely and engaging content that attracts more readers.

Use Answer the Public:

Answer the Public is a tool that shows you the related keywords and questions people are looking for and searching in Google. This helps you find out the type of questions you can use as headings or FAQs for a topic you are going to write. For example, if you enter “content writing” in the search box, you can see a list of questions like “What is content writing?”, “How to start content writing?”, “How much does content writing pay?”, etc.

These queries might serve as a source of ideas for your writing or serve as subsections for in-depth responses.

How to Check Your Content for Grammar and Plagiarism Issues

The final step in content writing is to check your content for grammar and plagiarism issues. Grammar issues can affect your content’s quality and credibility, while plagiarism issues can affect your content’s originality and reputation. You want to avoid both of these issues as much as possible. Here are some tools you can use to check your content for grammar and plagiarism issues:

Grammarly:

Grammarly is a tool that helps you check and correct your grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary errors. You can install the plug-in for Grammarly so that it helps you to correct your errors while you write anywhere – whether it is MS Word, Google Docs, or any other editor. Grammarly will also give you suggestions to improve your word choice, tone, clarity, and style.

You can use Grammarly to make your content more accurate and professional.

Duplichecker:

Duplichecker is a tool that helps you check your content for plagiarism issues. You can copy and paste your content or upload a file and the tool will scan it for any matches with other sources on the web. The tool will show you the percentage of plagiarism, the sources of the matches, and the highlighted parts of your content that are plagiarized.

You can use Duplichecker to make sure your content is original and unique.

Search Engine Report: Search Engine Report is another tool that helps you check your content for plagiarism issues. It works similarly to Duplichecker, but it also gives you the option to exclude specific websites or domains from the scan. This can be useful if you want to avoid false positives from your own website or blog.

You can use Search Engine Report to make sure your content is not copied from other sources.

Copy Leaks:

Copy Leaks is a paid tool that helps you check your content for plagiarism issues. It has more advanced features than the free tools, such as:

Checking multiple files or URLs at once

Checking different types of content, such as academic, business, or web

Checking different languages, such as English, Spanish, French, etc.

Checking different sources, such as online databases, journals, books, etc.

Generating detailed reports with citations and references

You can use Copy Leaks to make sure your content is original and well-referenced. Currently, this tool also has a feature to check if your content sounds like human-written or AI Written. It's accurate most of the time... but not always, as I have tried it with some of the old content I wrote during college and it showed it AI wrote or partially AI and Human. And some really engaging AI-written content is shown as human-written content. So there is a blurry line.

There are many more tools out there. But for someone who is starting with content writing, starting with the tools mentioned above could really help.

I hope this helps you improve your content writing skills.
